How to distinguish the quality of wire harness products?

1. Copper wire is thick enough, strictly following international standards! Produced using high-quality oxygen free copper, with low electrical resistivity and excellent conductivity. The traditional canning process eliminates internal stress and avoids the problem of uneven leg hardness caused by wire core density during production.

High quality electronic wires used in wiring harness products
1. Copper wire is thick enough, strictly following international standards! Produced using high-quality oxygen free copper, with low electrical resistivity and excellent conductivity. The traditional canning process eliminates internal stress and avoids the problem of uneven leg hardness caused by wire core density during production.
2. The insulation skin has high strength, is not easy to fall off or break, and uses high standard insulation materials. Compared with other ordinary wires, it is flexible and easy to bend, ensuring that the wire is not easily cut off under external impact or frequent bending, making it safer and more reliable.
3. Made of 100% pure copper, the copper wire has a bright surface, low electrical resistivity, high conductivity, and is not easily heated or scalded. It is environmentally friendly, safe, and more reassuring!
2、 The terminals used in wire harness products are all self-produced and processed!
1. Using high-quality copper alloy (phosphor bronze), phosphor bronze has a bright luster and is an alloy copper with good conductivity, which is not easy to generate heat and ensures safety. It has strong fatigue resistance. The material of phosphor bronze can compensate for the poor elongation of brass. Phosphobronze has better elasticity, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, making the product safer and more durable. Therefore, good terminals are mostly made of the best phosphor bronze.
2. Terminal coating, gold or tin plating. Gold plating has extremely strong anti oxidation function, but the price is slightly higher. From a cost perspective, if customers do not have special requirements, gold plating is generally not used. A good coating has a particularly smooth surface and is not easily oxidized, which naturally extends the service life of the product! Terminals with poor coating are prone to oxidation and rust on the surface after prolonged use, which directly affects the service life of the product.
3、 The connector housings used in wire harness products are all manufactured and processed in-house.
1. The insulation material used in the production of the rubber shell is PBT/nylon 66. PBT or nylon 66 material has good fluidity and smoothness, good electrical and chemical resistance, good thermal performance, as well as good fluidity and impact resistance. Poor quality insulation materials are prone to heat generation, poor temperature resistance, and poor moisture absorption under load, and are easily deformed, short circuited, and burned.
2. The appearance of the connector plastic shell is flat and the surface is also very bright. Poor quality plastic shells have more burrs on the surface, making it difficult to insert and remove them properly, resulting in insufficient contact and easy poor contact.
3. The connector shell has good flame retardancy, and even if the flame is strong, it will not cause direct combustion, making it absolutely environmentally friendly and safe.
